Studying in Malta as an international student from Bangladesh involves several steps. Here is a general guide to help you through the process:
- Step 1: Applying for a course: Submit the application form along with documents according to the Document Checklist.
- Step 2: The documents of the student will be assessed; in case they are well in order the admission interview of the student will be conducted by the institute. Either Telephonic/ Skype Interview (Depends on Institute).
- Step 3: If approved, a conditional offer letter will be issued along with an Invoice to pay the application fee of 150 Euro. (Non-Refundable).
- Step 4: Once the payment is credited, the applicant has to schedule an Interview with Faculty. We will share the link for the same. (If any)
- Step 4: If the decision is positive, an offer letter will be issued and the student can transfer 50% of tuition fees to the college. Processing Time- 5-7 Working days
- Step 5: As soon as the student pays the fees, he/she gets a fee payment receipt & final admission letter (Processing Time- 3-4 working days)
- Step 6: After getting the final Admission letter and other visa documents, the student can prepare all the necessary documents to submit the visa application.
- Step 7: Send us the scanned copy of all visa documents. Once gets approved by the Data verification centre, Original letters from college will be sent to you and the applicant will get a call from Scholars Study Abroad for a Trial Interview.
- Step 8: Schedule an appointment with the nearest VFS and submit the Visa Application. Schedule an in-person appointment through the official website of the Malta consulate in your area; check the online calendar that shows the available dates and hours. Try to schedule the date of the appointment at least 60 days before your departure to Malta. (Nowadays, Most of institutions are helping to confirm appointment on time on behalf of students.
- Step 9: The application finally goes to embassy for the review; it takes a minimum 15 -20 working days to Share a Visa update.
- Step 10: After Submission: If you have already applied for a visa at the Malta Visa Application Centre you can Track your Application in the VFS Malta Website. The applicant will be called for a personal Interview at the Malta High Commission.
- Step 11: After getting the Visa, the student can fly to Malta as per the schedule after he/she makes the payment of remaining tuition fees (if any).
Refund Policy: In the event of a refusal of your visa application, your tuition fee will be refunded in full by bank transfer; However college will withhold the € 150 as an administration fee.
