Points to be noted after receiving an Offer (Decision) for successfully completing the process of admission and visa, as outlined below:
Sweden Student’s Visa Procedure:
1. After the Unconditional Offer is accepted, the tuition fee payment must be made.
2. Please forward the swift copy of the receipt of the payment to us to forward to the institution.
3. On receiving the Payment Receipt/Final Acceptance Letter from the institution, we will need to start the process for a visa.
Note – Many of the institutions do not provide a separate Payment Receipt/Final Acceptance Letter. The student can use the Decision Letter (Offer Letter) downloaded from the Swedish Application portal (admissions.se) for visa purpose as well.
4. Once a student has paid the tuition fees, we need to apply online through the portal of The Swedish Migration Agency for visa on the link below – https://www.migrationsverket.se/manageaccount/?return=/idp/profile/SAML2/Redirect/SSO?execution=e1s1
5. The student needs to create an account and complete the online visa application form.
